Around 3100 BC a king called, Menes rose the power in the Upper Egypt. Most people think he was a myth. The other of Egyptian kings named Aha, Scorpion, and Narmer also thought he was a myth. Menes wanted to control the Lower Egypt. His armies invaded the Lower Egypt. He then wore both crowns from the Lower and the Upper Egypt. He was the leader of the two kingdoms. Menes extened the Egyptian territory to th south aloug the Nile River.
